Madison Museum of Contemporary Art Marks refers to this publisher as Iida Kunitarō while most other sources say it is Doi Sadaichi. That is probably because Doi published this image first.

Originally constructed i the mid-15th century the castle (also known as Chiyoda castle) was greatly expanded by the first Tokugawa shoguns. It developed as the headquarters fo the shogunate. Badly damaged by fire in the 1860's today it is the site of the Imperial palace."
