Philadelphia Museum of Art - a related Kunihiro print from 1826 Kamiya Niemon is married to Oiwa, but falls in love with another woman. So, he poisons his wife who dies an agonizing death. Niemon's servant Kohei is on to what his master has done. Niemon kills him too and nails both of their bodies to a door and throws it into the Onbō canal.

A 'pop-up' print with alternative images within the frame (four of which are shown here). Pop-up pages are pasted over the print which can be folded to make different characters appear. These 'pop-up' prints are very rare since they were handled extensively.
