A beautiful geisha with umbella in red kimono strolls on a snowy day with snowflakes blowing around her. Shinsui contracted with Momose Print Company of Tokyo to produce prints of several of his paintings. This large example is so elaborate, blocks carved by Okura Gakubei () and printed by Hiroshi Orihara (), with gold metallic highlights in the kimono, beautiful embossing in the collar and umbrella. An exceptional print in every respect. Title, publisher, carver and printer are named the right margin. The original edition of 250 included example numbers printed on the right side of the bottom margin. This gorgeous example lacks any such indication and may be from a later non-numbered edition.
The Momose editions are not usually included in Shinsui's catalog raisonne, which only show only the designs published by Watanabe.
