Edo publisher (Marks U250). Artists published by this house include Toyokuni III, Kuniyoshi and Kunimori II. There is a Kuniyoshi triptych from in the collection of Waseda University showing this same publisher's seal. Marks gives the dates ca. 1849-50 for this house.

Kuniyoshi is the only artist in the Lyon Collection published by this house. We have highlighted his name in bold type above.
