Edo print publisher (Marks #590). Artists published by this house include Eiri, Eishi, Eishō, Eiu, Hokusai, Ikku, Kunimasa, Shūchō, Shundō, Shunshō, Toyokuni I, Tsukimaro, Utamaro I and II.

[Eishō is the only artist in the Lyon Collection published by this house. His name is highlighted in bold type.]

Marks gives the earliest date for this house as ca. 1793, but the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston has a Shunshō pillar print with this publisher's seal which they date to the 1770s.
