Biography:
Osaka print maker. Despite the signature on the print in the Lyon Collection, both the Boston Museum of Fine Arts and Matsudaira Susumu identify this artist as Shunshisai Hokkai, So little is known about this artist that we can only assume the signature is another one of his 'art' names.
