A student of Toyokuni I. Active from ca. 1801-1818. This artist also appeared in a print by Shunshō.


According to one account a woman artist, though this may refer to Kunihisa's daughter. Apparently a senior pupil of Toyokuni I, known by a few colour prints but mainly for a group of accomplished paintings of beauties showing the influence of Toyokuni and Utamaro..."
